About project
Period: Dec 2017
Client: Highland Realty
Subject: Green Performance Website Package, 360Durango Listing Membership
The Green Ridge Subdivision at Ute Pass was purchased by Highland Realty, and they needed to have a sales website for inquiries about building new single family homes. There was a website from the previous realtor, but it needed to be updated to reflect the upgraded status of shovel-ready development.
Our Task Was
Our client desired a short turn-around time along with the procurement of the domain name pertaining to their purchase agreement. They needed someone who could step in quickly and get the job done with little to no input from the clients themselves.
We had to rely on research and background information in real estate, development, and lead generation in order to put something together that would meet their goals.
Process
Aside from organizing the many moving parts – which is usually the case – we had to extract all of the reasons why someone would want to build a house at this location. That’s the point. Figure out what you want people to do when visiting a website, then lead them to that conclusion in a natural, comfortable, logical manner.
- Goals established
- Multiple players and contacts established
- Photography taken on site
- Documents procured
- Website theme and platform chosen
- Procurment of digital assets from multiple parties
- Creation of custom graphic detailing site plan
- The website went live
- Analytics program set up for tracking conversions
Result
Highland Realty now has a professional, simple to use, clean looking website for its’ project, The Green Ridge Subdivision at Ute Pass. Straightforward layout and information makes it easy for people to get in touch with them.
- Beautiful new website
- Performance tracking software implemented
- More control over promotion of project
Conclusion
360Durango got the job done fast. The turn-around on this project was very tight according to the client’s needs. Without our involvement, the former realtor who sold the project would still own the website and be receiving sales leads for new single family homes.
